Robotic movement
Robots take inventory to a slot and bring it back to a workstation when an order lands. People scan and decide; machines travel the aisles.
Pack & outbound
Goods-to-person work, scan verification, then ship. 6,000 orders per hour; 3,000 carts per hour outbound.
U.S. last mile
Orders leave from Chicago, a Midwest hub for both coasts.
Returns
The same building can receive returns for sort, restock, or disposal — without sending the goods back across the Pacific first.
